Why we became a Founding B CorporationTM
Workplace Dynamics initially wasn't interested in becoming a B Corporation because it seemed too much a distraction for a new company, but in going through the Survey we realized that each element of it represented a vision of our philosophy and made it worthwhile to incorporate B principles into the very beginning of our own business. We chose to do something that wasn't about creating wealth-we decided it isn't about the money, it's about creating something with a more valuable impact.
